It’s hard for everyone to find the right house to be a home . . . but for some people, it’s MUCH harder. People who were previously homeless or incarcerated, veterans and people with physical disabilities, people living with HIV/AIDS and people who have low income have more difficulty finding homes. Housing Development Corporation of Hampton Roads (HDCofHR) is a provider, in Newport News and Hampton, of quality affordable rental housing in neighborhoods. The housing is available to low-income individuals and families, the homeless and disabled.
