Elissa Kaisand, Director of Happiness

Elissa joined Gillette Law Group in 2012 after earning her degree from Liberty University. Her journey with us began the same year she married her husband, and together, they started their family, welcoming twin boys in 2015. Since then, their family has grown to include four wonderful children, with the youngest born in March 2022.

As our “Director of Happiness,” Elissa takes pride in contributing to the supportive and welcoming atmosphere at Gillette Law Group. Balancing part-time work and raising a family is a priority for her, and she truly enjoys the opportunity to do both.

In the rare moments she finds for herself, Elissa enjoys exercising, decorating, listening to audiobooks, and spending time on the river with her family, often taking their jet skis out for a spin.
