Monica F. Outten is our Intake Specialist/Case Manager and works under the direction of Intake Supervisor, Brandy Guerrero and Lead Case Manager, Elissa Kaisand. Monica joined the Gillette Law Group, PLLC in January 2018.
Director of Happiness
Elissa is our “Director of Happiness”, she graduated from Liberty University and started working at the Gillette Law Group in 2012. She got married in June 2012 and she and her husband started a family, welcoming twin boys in March 2015. She now has 4 kids and just had their last baby in March 2022.
Scott B. Elkind
Scott Elkind became “of counsel” to the Gillette Law Group, PLLC, in 2010. He is a frequent lecturer on the topic of disability benefits. Scott is often called upon by practitioners and bar associations nationwide to lend his advice concerning many topics in disability benefits law and related issues.
