Elissa J. Kaisand
Lead Case Manager
Elissa Kaisand is our Lead Case Manager at the Gillette Law Group, PLLC. She originally joined the firm in February 2012. Elissa graduated in December 2011 from Liberty University earning a B.S. in Health Science with a concentration in Health Promotion.While attending Liberty University, Elissa held an internship at Living Well Health Solutions where she worked as a Bio Technician.
Brandy L. Guerrero
Brandy L. Guerrero is one of our three Case Managers and works under the direction and guidance of our Lead Case Manager, Elissa. Brandy originally joined Gillette Law Group, PLLC, in May 2014. She was attracted to our work because, “all around us there are people who are hurting, people who need encouragement, people who need compassion and I want to use my talents to bless them.” Brandy is an important member of our team responsible for welcoming clients into our firm and managing their Social Security disability benefits claims.
Lauren B. Mowery
Lauren B. Mowery is one of our three Case Managers and works under the direction and guidance of our Lead Case Manager, Elissa. Growing up, Lauren enjoyed assisting others in the community by volunteering at soup kitchens and coaching youth soccer teams. During the course of her career, Lauren has continued down the path of helping others—working as a Vocational Counselor, a Client Services Consultant, and a Scheduling Coordinator for an estate planning law firm. She is an important member of our team responsible for managing our clients’ Social Security disability benefits claims.
Christopher C. Kelly
Christopher C Kelly is the Legal Assistant in the office and works under the direction and guidance of our Lead Case Manager, Elissa. He originally joined the firm in May 2017. Christopher graduated in August 2017

Monica F. Outten is our intake specialist and works under the direction of Intake Supervisor, Brandy Guerrero and Lead Case Manager, Elissa Kaisand. Monica joined the Gillette Law Group, PLLC in January 2018.
Scott B. Elkind
Scott Elkind became “of counsel” to the Gillette Law Group, PLLC, in 2010. He is a frequent lecturer on the topic of disability benefits. Scott is often called upon by practitioners and bar associations nationwide to lend his advice concerning many topics in disability benefits law and related issues.
