Bayleigh Floyd

Hello! I’m Bayleigh, the Systems Optimizer at Gillette Law Group. In my role, I focus on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the programs and systems we use every day. My goal is to streamline our processes and create more time for our team to focus on what matters most: helping our clients receive the benefits they deserve.

 

Outside of work, I enjoy spending my time reading and listening to music. I especially love attending concerts and live performances, but I’m equally happy staying home with a great book. I’m also a proud cat mom to my brown tabby, Nikolai, who keeps me busy and reminds me that giving him attention is practically a full-time job!

 

I’m incredibly grateful to be part of the Gillette Law Group team and am proud to serve as the support behind the scenes. I look forward to continuing to help our team work efficiently and diligently as they advocate for our clients and their cases.
